Full Service End to End Trip Planning
You have a financial advisor, a tax advisor, maybe even a trainer or nutritionist. So, who plans what you do with your most precious commodity – your time? As travel advisors, our consulting fees encompass research, planning, booking, trip management and post-trip support ensuring your time is spent enjoying your vacation.
Discover
Getting to Know You: The Discovery meeting where we learn about you and those traveling with you, your desires and needs for your trip, your chosen destination or if you are seeking recommendations for a destination, and the many details that define the perfect experience for you. We will spend about 20-30 minutes gathering information that will inform our research and recommendations.
Design
Research, Design and Recommendation: Following the discovery meeting we will spend about 8-10 hours researching various options for your trip itinerary by gathering a selection of hotels, tours, cruises, and packages based on your request, the criteria and details defined in our Discovery session. We can include as much detail and planning in your research as you would like, offering ideas to make your experience the most memorable – private museum tours; kid centric guided tour experiences; private, custom culinary experiences; immersive cultural experiences; volunteer opportunities; adventure and wellness experiences and activities, and so much more!
Once the initial itinerary is defined, we will negotiate pricing and options on your behalf with tour operators and vendors. Research will be compiled into a detailed presentation that we will walk through with you, taking about an hour to discuss the various options, collect feedback and further iterate/research based on your feedback. This includes any necessary iterations and refinement with the respective tour operators and vendors. Our process is intentionally collaborative to ensure that your journey - whether it is a quick weekend getaway or a ‘bucket list trip’ - is perfectly tailored for you and your fellow travelers.Post-Trip Review
Following your trip we will schedule time to reflect on your experience, gather thoughts on what was most memorable, most exciting and what, perhaps, you may want to do differently or do more of on your next adventure. And of course, help you chart the course to your next journey!
